The Energy Station is your trusted choice in restaurants.  We have been a community staple for over 20 years.  Let us fuel your next event with some delicious, housemade catering, just like Grandma used to make. We take pride in making what we can in-house, from chicken croquettes to slow-roasted roast beef served over creamy mashed potatoes, followed by our famous apple pie. You can even order a 2.5 gallon tub of our small-batch icecream. Flavors include vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, mint chip, salty caramel snickers, black raspberry, coffee or create your own flavor! Or you can try mango, cherry, blue raspberry or lemon water ice. Most entrees are made in-house with the freshest ingredients and we have a fantastic local following. Office party, work lunch or teacher appreciation lunch? Family celebrations, bridal showers, funerals, holidays, picnics or receptions, we have you covered! We have a large menu and can accommodate lot of options. If you don’t see what you want on our catering menu, give us a call and we will be happy to help you get exactly what you want. Special dietary needs, such as vegetarian, gluten-free or allergy issues are not a problem. We have great options for a work breakfast or luncheon, such as ”Bento” breakfast boxes which you can customize per person. It includes your choice of egg sandwich and hashbrowns. Our lunch “Bento” box features California Turkey Sandwich, Supreme Grilled Cheese, Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich or your choice of cold sandwich served with chips or cup of our house-made soup. For large orders, we will arrange delivery. 

Our classic wrap tray is another great value option. Your choice of Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad, Egg Salad, Turkey and Cheese, Roast Beef and Cheese or Ham and Cheese all served with lettuce and tomato. Choice of dipping sauces include: mayo, pesto mayo, yellow mustard, ranch or horseradish sauce.  Choice of wraps: tomato basil, spinach herb or honey wheat.  Small Tray feeds 10 for $65 and the Large Tray feeds 20 for $125. For large orders, we will arrange delivery. 

Our specialty wrap tray is great for more variety.  Chicken Waldorf Salad(chicken salad, walnuts, cranberries and lettuce), Chicken Caesar(grilled chicken, romaine, parmesan cheese, tomato, Caesar dressing), Blackened Chicken(blackened grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, bleu cheese crumbles), California Turkey(roast turkey, spinach, tomato, cucumber, avocado, cheddar cheese), Veggie(spinach, cucumber, tomato, onion) or Italian(ham, salami, capicola, lettuce, tomato, onion, provolone cheese).  Choice of dipping sauces include: Mayo, pesto mayo, yellow mustard, ranch or horseradish sauce. Choice of wraps: tomato basil, spinach herb or honey wheat. Small Tray feeds 10 for $75 and the Large Tray feeds 20 for $145. 

Early work meeting, sports event or large party? We offer Breakfast catering with many of our customer favorites. All orders will be prepared right before you pick it up, so everything will be hot and fresh.  A half pan feeds 10 people and a full pan feeds 20 people. Options include: Scrambled eggs, Creamed Chipped Beef, Sausage Gravy, biscuits, homefries, hashbrowns, shredded homefries, bacon, sausage links, sausage patties, Maple sausage patties, ham steak, smoked kielbasa or turkey sausage patties. Fresh baked sticky buns in quantity of   half dozen or full dozen and we also offer half and full pan of fresh fruit salad. If you are craving a good breakfast mix-it-up, we offer The Dutch(scrambled eggs with homefries and onion), The Skippack(scrambled eggs, bacon, onion, homefries and cheese) and The Veggie(scrambled eggs, broccoli, tomato, mushroom, onion, asparagus, peppers homefries and cheese) available in full and half pans.
